Search | Enter multiple search values at once in a filter field
In filter fields you can now enter multiple search values at once. Type or paste the values separated by spaces and press Ctrl+Enter to add them as separate filter criteria in one go. Values that contain a space themselves — such as postal codes or street names — go between quotation marks, for example "1234 AA" "4321 BB".
Large lists of search values, such as postal codes or contact codes, can be entered much faster this way. You no longer have to type the values one by one, but paste them directly from a text file or an Excel list.

Training management | Participants tab visible by default on the group schedule line
All group schedule lines now include a "Participants" tab by default. Participants can be viewed directly, statuses can be changed and an absence reason can be set — without navigating to the registrations separately.
Payment links | Support for the Eudonet payment platform
Eudonet is extending its CRM functionality with the Eudonet Payment Platform. With this new functionality, the accompanying email with the corresponding PDF and UBL invoice includes a direct payment link.
With a single click, the recipient opens a secure payment page and can pay immediately via iDEAL|Wero, credit card or one of the other payment options. This lowers the threshold to pay right away and helps organisations speed up their invoicing process and improve their cash flow.
An important advantage is that the Payment Platform is not a separate application that needs to be managed on its own, but is fully integrated into Eudonet CRM. The relevant invoice details, such as the invoice amount and the invoice number, are automatically retrieved from Eudonet CRM. Based on this, the payment information can then easily be processed in the accounting system.

Dashboard | Inline website URLs no longer configurable
It is no longer possible to enter a new website URL for the dashboard widget that displays an external page. The existing website already configured in a widget keeps working — its domain has been approved by us and remains active. This restriction was introduced because keeping arbitrary external URLs configurable poses a security risk. By allowing only approved domains, you prevent malicious or untrustworthy websites from being loaded via the dashboard.

General | Default sorting by date in Files and Correspondence
The Files and Correspondence sections now show items sorted by date by default, with the newest at the top. This can be configured at organisation level. The most recent documents and correspondence are immediately visible without sorting manually.
Training management | Confirmation dialog when adding an existing group to a training programme group
When adding an existing group to a training programme group, a confirmation dialog now appears. Previously, a group was added immediately by clicking on it, without any warning. This prevents existing groups from being added by accident.
Financial | Order of invoice items matches the order on the registration
When creating invoices via batch invoicing, the order of items on the invoice is now determined by the order as set on the course, group and registration. This makes invoices clearer and consistent with the expected order.
Integrations | Power BI access extended with organisation and person tables
Power BI users now have access to the org_type, org_category and orgcp tables, including the characteristic fields for organisations, persons and job roles. This offers more possibilities for reporting and data visualisation.

General | AI service restored
The AI service in CRM had stopped working because the underlying language model was phased out by the supplier. The service has been migrated to a supported model and the AI functionality works as expected again.
General | Date of birth filter now shows the correct date
The date of birth was displayed incorrectly in the filter, so the display did not match the search result. Date and search result are now consistent.
General | Edit mode of the person card showed empty fields
In certain circumstances, the edit mode of a person card (bCard) showed all fields empty, even though the data was there. After logging in again, the problem no longer occurred. Personal data now remains visible when editing, regardless of the session situation.
General | "Documents" button did not respond to clicks
The "Documents" button in CRM did not respond to clicks, while all other buttons worked. No error message appeared and no navigation took place. The button now navigates correctly to the documents section.
Training management | Start and end time could not be changed via the schedule lines dialog
After a recent update, the "Update schedule lines" button in the dialog no longer worked. The button also disappeared when deselecting items. Start and end times can now be adjusted again via the Change Schedule Lines dialog.
Training management | Deleting a course group with To Dos gave no warning
Deleting a course group with linked To Dos gave no warning and did not delete the To Dos with it. The To Dos remained active in lists, linked to a group that no longer existed. When deleting a group, the linked To Dos are now deleted as well, or a warning appears.
Training management | To Dos not immediately visible after creation via a course group
To Dos that are created automatically when entering scheduling details for a course group were not immediately visible if the group was linked to a project. After logging in again, they were visible. To Dos are now visible immediately after creation, also for course groups linked to a project.
Training management | Certificates not updated after completing a training
The linked organisation contact person on a certificate was not automatically updated based on the most recently completed training for that certificate. Certificates are now updated correctly after completing a training.
Training management | Grid froze when filtering or sorting on certain columns
When filtering or sorting on certain columns — such as "Register" on the Interest tab and amount columns on the Participants tab — the screen froze or the selection bar disappeared. Logging out was the only way to recover. Filtering and sorting on all columns now works reliably.
Bank files | Entries with match code 11 remained in "To Match" status
Entries with match code 11 kept the "To Match" status, even after they had already been matched automatically. Matched entries are now correctly updated to the "Matched" status.
Financial | Transaction log could not be opened in the web application
In the web application, it was not possible to open the transaction log via "More.." on the Transactions tab, while this did work in the desktop version. The transaction log is now also available in the web application.
Financial | E-invoicing batch stopped creating correspondence after 51 invoices
When sending e-invoices in batch, the creation of correspondence records stopped after 51 invoices. The invoices were sent, but the correspondence was incomplete. With batch e-invoicing, correspondence is now created in full for all invoices.
Financial | Deleted schedule items included in invoice amount
When generating invoiceable items based on "Offered hours" or "Attended hours", deleted schedule items were also included in the calculation. Invoice amounts are now calculated based on active schedule items.
Financial | Exact Online export respects the "Use formal salutation" setting
When exporting debtors to Exact Online, the "Use formal salutation" setting was no longer followed. Names were exported without initials (e.g. "Linda Baten" instead of "L. Baten"). The export now respects the configured name preference.
Financial | Buckaroo — end date can now be updated even with a start date in the past
When updating the end date of a rate plan, Buckaroo returned an error if the start date was in the past. This problem has been resolved and the end date can now always be adjusted.
Financial | Buckaroo — special characters in customer data caused an API error
Special characters in the customer name, non-breaking spaces and curly quotation marks in email addresses caused an error in requests to Buckaroo. These are now cleaned up automatically before sending.
Financial | Buckaroo — incorrect end date for a new membership item without an end date
When creating a new membership item without an end date on an existing membership, an incorrect end date was sent to Buckaroo. Membership items without an end date are now processed correctly.
Web transactions | Labels missing in export for certain transaction types
For some transaction types, the labels (field names) were shown empty in the export of web transactions. All transaction types are now exported in full with their corresponding labels.
Purchasing | First new item on a purchase order not immediately visible
When adding multiple items to a purchase order, the first item was not immediately visible and did not receive an item number, even though it had been created in the background. All items are now visible immediately after adding and are numbered correctly.
Purchasing | Item in overview differed from item in detail screen
For purchase lines created from course groups, the overview showed a different item than the one visible in the detail. The same problem occurred with purchase invoice lines. Overview and detail now consistently show the same item.
Contracts | Value list of a custom field on a contract not editable via preferences
Value lists of custom fields created on the contract entity could not be managed via Settings/Preferences. Administrators can now manage these via the usual preferences page.
Mailing | Clicking the X while creating a mailing did not cancel the process
When clicking the X to cancel the creation of a mailing, the creation process was started anyway, without any visible confirmation for the user. Clicking the X now stops the creation process immediately and correctly.
Mailing | Error when adding a user to a second mailing group
When adding a user to a second mailing group via the user profile, an error appeared saying the user was already in another selection — even if it concerned a completely different mailing group. Users can now be added to multiple mailing groups correctly.
Dossiers | Documents invisible after switching dossier view
Documents in dossiers became invisible after a specific navigation sequence: opening a dossier, switching to list view, opening a document and then navigating to another dossier. Logging out was the only solution. Documents now always remain visible, regardless of the previous view mode or navigation path.
Integrations | Custom fields on organisations now trigger webhooks
Changes to custom fields at organisation level did not trigger webhooks, while this already worked for custom fields on trainings. Integrations now also receive automatic notifications when custom fields on organisations change.
