Security | Mandatory two-step verification (MFA) for all CRM users
From 1 September 2026*, two-step verification is mandatory for all CRM users who do not log in via SSO.
Why?
Because a password alone no longer provides sufficient protection these days. With 2FA we significantly reduce the risk of unauthorised access and better protect your organisation's data. Watch this webinar for an extensive presentation on the how and why of SSO and MFA.
What is changing?
Before the deadline, users see a notification after logging in with a countdown timer and the option to set up MFA in advance. Anyone who has not activated MFA by the deadline can only use the CRM after completing the setup.
Administrators can view and adjust the deadline via CRM settings > Organisation settings > Security policy. Removing the date is not possible. An extensive explanation of the setup procedure for users and administrators can be found here .
*This was initially set for 1 July, but has now been moved by 2 months. The countdown starts on 10 July.
New |
Exporting | Search field available in the export manager
When composing an export, the list of available fields can be quite long. A search field (filter) has now been added to find the desired field. This makes composing exports faster.
Training management | Quickly link employees, locations and materials to a group schedule
A '+' button has been added to the Planning tab of a training group, allowing an employee, location or material to be linked directly to the schedule line. After the selection, the screen automatically returns to the Planning tab. This saves several intermediate steps compared to the previous way of working.
Trainings | New participant automatically linked to contact person
When a new person is registered via the contact person portal, they can be automatically linked after processing to the contact person who entered them. Contact persons therefore see the new participant directly in their employee overview. This link is needed when multiple contact persons per organisation, each with their own course participants, are used.
Improvements |
Email accounts | Improved management and preference settings for sending addresses
Functional administrators can now create 'Standard' (via Mailjet) email accounts themselves. Previously this had to be requested via Support. These accounts are now also available in all parts of the CRM where email can be sent. The use of 'Other' (SMTP) is discouraged: Mailjet provides more reliable delivery, is better suited for sending large volumes of email and reduces the risk of problems with spam filters.
In addition, it is possible to set a preferred sender address in the personal settings. This address is used automatically when sending individual emails, e-mailings and messages via the correspondence tab.
Training management | Deleted programme items no longer visible in the list
Deleted programme items were still shown in the default list of registration programme items, which caused confusion during attendance checks. Deleted items are now filtered by default and no longer displayed.
Training management | Deleting registrations with attendance or status 'Completed' no longer possible
It was possible to delete a training registration even if attendance or absence had already been recorded, or if the status was set to 'Completed'. This is no longer possible; an error message appears when such a registration is deleted.
Training management | Attendance list is now created as a PDF when using the portal
A template that was configured for PDF output was still created as a Word document when used via the trainer portal. This has been corrected; the correct file format is now also used via the portal.
Training management | Employee search now filters correctly on training employees
When adding a teacher to schedule lines, people who are not employees also appeared after a search. The search function now shows only employees, also after using the search bar.
Training management | Export fields for programme items extended
From the list of programme items of a training registration, the corrected hours can now also be exported. From the training group overview, the counts for active, option and cancelled programme items are also available for export.
Training management | Summarised fields available for export
Calculated fields such as day of the week, names of participants and classroom details can now also be exported from the group schedule. This information was already available, but could not yet be exported.
Training management | Teacher mobile phone number can be included in the schedule merge field
The option 'Teacher name (from/to) (mobile)' has been added to the settings for programme line formatting. When multiple teachers are linked to a training, they can see each other's mobile phone number in the pre-message.
Mailing | Cancelling the creation of a mailing now works correctly
When clicking the close button while creating a mailing, the process was started anyway. The cancel button now works as expected and stops the process completely.
Mailing | Error message when deleting a template linked to an automation
It was possible to delete an email template or set it to inactive while it was still in use by an automation, without any warning. A message is now shown that prevents this.
Mailing | Inconsistency when adding duplicate mailing groups resolved
It was only possible in one order to link a contact person with two job roles (private and organisation) to the same mailing group. The order no longer makes a difference; both combinations are possible as long as they are unique.
Bank file import | Filter status retained after updating origin
After updating origin codes of the imported bank file, updated records remained visible in the list, even when the 'Hide records with origin' filter was active. The filter now works correctly; updated records disappear immediately from the filtered view.
Exporting | Full name used in invoice export
When exporting invoices, only the last name was included for contact persons. The full composed name is now used in all export scenarios, including the synchronisation and the closing date export.
Exporting | Edu-dex export extended with VAT-exempt field
The Edu-dex XML export now contains the field VATExemptAmountVAT with a default value of 0 in the cost section. This complies with the Edu-dex requirements for processing training invoices.
Financial | Invoice amount including VAT now shows decimals
The field 'Invoice amount (including VAT)' in the invoices tab of an organisation or contact person showed amounts rounded to whole euros. Decimals are now displayed correctly.
Financial | Direct debit export now shows the total number of mandates found
In the dialog for the direct debit export, the total number of mandates found is now visible in addition to the number of selected mandates. This gives immediate insight into the size of the selection to be processed.
Organisations | KvK check improved
The KvK check function has been improved in several ways: a confirmation prompt is shown with a message about costs, it is no longer possible to start a check while one is already running, organisations with the status 'not registered' are skipped, and when credits are insufficient the process stops with a clear message. The function has been moved to the quick menu of the organisation list and works only on the filtered selection.
Web profiles | New profile receives the default status 'Pending'
Due to an earlier change, newly created web profiles automatically received the status 'Active' instead of 'Pending'. The default initial status has been restored to 'Pending'; it is automatically changed to 'Active' when a user logs in.
Advanced filter | Navigating back in filtered entities works again
When using advanced filters across multiple entities (e.g. membership → organisations → job roles → contacts), it was not possible to close the last filtered entity and navigate back. This now works correctly; layers can be removed step by step.
Orders | Salesperson correctly carried over when duplicating
When duplicating an order (Order), the linked salesperson (Account manager) was not included in the duplicated record. The salesperson is now always carried over correctly. In addition, the record counter shows the correct count and position immediately after duplicating.
Settings | BIC data extended with Revolut and other banks
For IBANs from Revolut, Wise and other newer banks, the BIC code and bank name were not filled in automatically. The BIC table has been updated based on the most recent list from the Dutch Payments Association, so more banks are recognised automatically.
Templates | Language filter in the template gallery
Templates in the gallery are now labelled with a language (NL, EN, FR). When selecting a template, the templates in the language of the logged-in user are shown by default. This makes finding the right template faster and clearer.
Time registration | User details can be exported via time registration
From the time registration export, the contact details of the linked user can now also be exported. This makes it easier to combine time registration data with personal data in external reports.
General | Various small improvements and bug fixes in the browser interface
