We are introducing a powerful extension that lets you connect your telephone system to Eudonet CRM via the integration platform Bubble by Red Cactus. This functionality is specifically designed for teams that handle a large number of incoming calls every day, such as member, donor or student administrations.
What this integration means for your team:
- Immediate customer overview: On an incoming call, the corresponding person or organisation card is opened automatically in the CRM, so you have all relevant information at hand straight away.
- Faster handling of questions: With real-time access to customer data, staff can handle calls more efficiently and increase their productivity.
- Targeted access for call-intensive staff: Only users who answer a lot of calls are given access, keeping the workflow clear and efficient.

Training management | Redesigned screens for group scheduling
In this release we have significantly improved the editing of group schedule lines within course groups. Where this was previously done via a very extensive dialog, it has now been replaced by a new, clearly organised screen. This screen offers a clearer structure and makes it easier to browse through the schedule lines.
In addition, several new features have been added:
- Add an empty resources schedule line: It is now possible to create a schedule line based on a role only, without a staff member or teacher having to be linked immediately.
- Improved selection of staff members: When linking a staff member, new filters are available, including the field of expertise someone is qualified in. This makes it easier to find suitable teachers for specific trainings.
These improvements contribute to a more efficient and user-friendly scheduling of course groups.

Training management | Standard import template for persons and registrations in the staging portal
To make importing persons and registrations simpler and more efficient, a standard import template is now available. With this template you can import a complete set of persons in bulk for a specific event or training in the staging portal. This functionality saves time and prevents errors from manual entry.

Training management | Uploading external certificates
- It is now possible to upload external certificates so that they are visible under the certificates tab. A specific type 'External certificate' can be created for this. It is then possible to attach a PDF version of the certificate directly. This makes the overview of obtained certificates even more complete.
Training management | Flexible course contracts - new features
- It is now possible to navigate from a contract to a list at the invoice moments. From there, a bulk change option is available to apply price indexation to linked items.
- In addition to the option 'Invoicing based on attended hours', it is now also possible to choose the option 'Invoicing based on offered hours'. In the case of absence, this also takes into account whether it was authorised or unauthorised.
Training management | New features for programme lines on the participant
- On the programme line of the participant, the reason for absence can be recorded.
- It is now possible to change programme lines in bulk within a certain period*
- It is now possible to delete a series of programme lines*
*Only when flexible course contracts are used
CRM | KvK registration check

When the KvK module is activated, a routine can now be started that checks whether the organisations in the CRM that are linked to the KvK are still registered. If no longer registered, the organisation is marked as 'No longer registered'. Combined with an alert on the dashboard, this is an ideal way to clean up your database.

General | In the CRM Settings, the import history now shows the specific file name in addition to the type of import.
Donations & Door-to-Door | On the bank transaction bCard, once an origin code has been linked it can now also be removed again. Previously it could only be converted to a different origin code.
