General | Beta release of AI Assistant
The introduction of the first beta version of the AI Assistant, specifically developed to support writing and improving mailings. The assistant offers a set of fixed prompts that easily provide suggestions to refine, sharpen, or correct errors in the email HTML.
This first version is available within the mailing platform and forms the basis for broader applications. In future updates, the AI Assistant will also become available in other areas of the CRM.

General | Ability to record pricing agreements as percentages. To perform price indexation, it is useful to record pricing agreements in the form of percentages, so they can automatically increase as well (see the next issue on price indexation). In the current situation this was possible through a fixed discount price. That of course still remains possible.
General | Price indexation for course items. In this release the ability to apply price indexation for course items is introduced. This functionality allows users to update all linked courses and pricing agreements with customers in one action from the general article.
Additionally, it is also possible to apply price changes to already scheduled course groups, starting from a user-defined date. This provides more control and efficiency when managing price adjustments within the course offerings.
General | Option for users to set the language French
STB Course | EDU-DEX expansion - If courses are not yet scheduled, they can now be offered through the EDU-DEX integration, allowing potential participants to express interest and gain insight into the full course offering.
STB Course | New bCards for course and course group and the option to adjust tab order. The bCards of Course and Course Group have been renewed with the introduction of the new bCard view. This adjustment ensures a more efficient user experience, with fewer scroll- and click actions and a clearer presentation of information. This improvement was previously successfully implemented in other parts of the application with the goal of increasing consistency and usability.
The option to move tabs within the bCards offers extra flexibility in organizing data according to personal preference.
STB Course | Standard import template for people and registrations in the pre-portal
To make importing people and registrations easier and more efficient, a standard import template is now available. With this template you can bulk import a complete set of people for a specific event or training in the pre-portal. This functionality saves time and prevents errors during manual entry.

STB Charities | Bulk action when ending a collection area
When ending a collection area, it is important that the linked volunteers are also stopped. To simplify this process, a bulk action is now available that allows all volunteers within a collection area to be set to "stopped" at once.
This improvement saves time and prevents errors when manually updating individual volunteers. An efficient step forward in managing collection areas! (User group)
STB Charities | Improvement in matching bank transactions on source.
When processing bank files, it often happens that donors do not enter the exact name or code of the source. Until now, this made matching the source codes a manual and time-consuming process.
To simplify this, a new functionality has been added: the ability to set keywords for sources. These keywords are now included in the matching process, allowing transactions to be automatically linked based on recognizable terms. This saves a significant amount of manual work and increases the efficiency of the processing.
Keywords can easily be added and managed in the source settings. (User group)

General | Improved search functionality on person name.
When creating new people, matching on name without special characters (such as accents or diacritics) was already standard. This logic has now been extended to all dialogs where person names are searched. As a result, search results are more consistent and finding people becomes easier, even when names have been entered in different ways. This improvement contributes to a more user-friendly and efficient workflow within the system.
STB Course | More flexible invoicing for in-company training
For invoicing in-company training, there was already a handy function to do this per course group. However, this function was limited when deviating from fixed amounts, for example when costs depend on the number of participants.
With the latest improvements it is now possible to add supplements at group level and include them directly in the invoicing. This allows more flexible handling of variable costs and it is no longer mandatory to work via batch invoicing.
This extension makes the invoicing process more efficient and better aligned with custom agreements.
STB Members | Improvements in the PE module
Various improvements have been implemented in the PE module to increase ease of use and accuracy:

Automatic adjustment of PE periods when extending registration
When a registration was extended (for example through an exception), the end date of the registration was adjusted, but the PE period remained unchanged. This has now been resolved: when the end date of a registration is adjusted, the corresponding PE period is also automatically updated. -
Support for decimals in corrections and PE activities
It was previously not possible to add decimals when entering corrections in the PE cycle. This has now been improved: decimals are correctly processed, with both a dot and a comma. In addition, the input field for points in new PE activities has been adjusted to a regular text field, so decimals are also supported here. -
Processing of PE activities on registration start date
PE activities with a start date equal to the start date of the registration could not previously be processed. This has now been resolved: activities with the same start date as the registration can now be correctly processed.
These improvements ensure more reliable and flexible use of the PE module.
