General | Flexible course contract

With the introduction of the flexible course contract* it is now possible to invoice participants on a tailored basis via the standard batch invoicing. Examples include invoicing based on hours spent, exams passed or fixed instalments.

Participants can also easily move in and out of different groups without affecting the invoicing. These groups are set up specifically for contract participants and can continue year after year.

STB Charities | Support for SEPA XML version 2019

SEPA XML version 2019 is available from 17 March 2024. For the time being, this version exists alongside the current 2009 version. The new version offers several new possibilities, of which structured address information is the most important.

The new SEPA XML version 2019 stems from European regulations and further standardisation of payment transactions. Banks will in any case continue to support the old 2009 version until 22 November 2025. After that, banks may decide to phase out XML version 2009. Your bank will inform you in good time if that is the case.

With the support in STB CRM, the switch to the new version can be made at any time on the direct debit bank account.

New

General | Deactivating or deleting a job role at an organisation now also results in an opt-out for the linked mailing groups, such as a newsletter subscription. The following rules now apply:

• When a job role is set to inactive, linked subscriptions to mailing groups are now automatically set to 'Omit', with an explanation in the info field.
• If an attempt is made to undo 'Omit' for a mailing group that is linked to an inactive job role, an error message is shown.
• If a new job role has been created, a new subscription to the mailing group must be made (opt-in)

General | It is now possible to export Chamber of Commerce (KvK) details for the organisation as well, such as the KvK branch number.

STB Course | In the merge field for scheduling it is now also possible to include the trainer including his/her mobile phone number or the specific lesson times.

STB Course | A new Automation trigger for schedule lines is available. This makes it possible to automatically send confirmations to trainers and course locations when the status of the schedule line changes. Example: A trainer indicates on the trainer portal that he is available for a specific lesson and immediately receives a confirmation.

A new template is available in the template gallery that can be used for a confirmation of a single lesson to the trainer.

STB Course | Per evaluation question it is now possible to also add a subcategory and an additional explanation to the question. These can be included in an online evaluation form.

Improvements

General | When linking the source code on, for example, the bank transaction and also in other places, finding the source via 'type ahead' can be adjusted* so that the search is not only on the first letters (the source code) but also by the title.
