General | Resubmit invoices to the accounting system*
It is now possible to resubmit invoices that have been rejected by the accounting system yourself.
In practice, it can happen that an invoice is automatically forwarded to the accounting system when it is finalised, but is rejected there because of incorrect or incomplete data (for example, an unknown general ledger number).
Previously, you had to contact the support desk to have the invoice processed again. From now on, you can do this yourself:
Adjust the invoice where necessary
Go to the ‘Accounting’ tab of the invoice concerned
Resubmit the invoice to the accounting system via the 'Resend' button
In addition, a dashboard alert has been added in which rejected invoices are immediately visible, so they can be corrected and resubmitted quickly.

General | Merge Word templates from the Eudonet My Environment
It is now possible to use Word merge templates from the CRM directly in the My Environment. This allows website users to generate documents themselves based on preconfigured templates made available specifically for this target group.
Example of a website where a template can be selected
When a user selects a template on the website, the document is merged using the CRM technology. The generated result is shown directly in the My Environment. The user can then:
- download the document,
- edit it locally,
- and upload it again.
This extension makes it easier to let website users create documents in a uniform way, while all logic and merge functionality from the CRM is used.
In addition, the generated document can be stored at any level within the CRM, such as:
- for a coordinator creating a progress report at person level;
- for a teacher who wants to create an attendance list at lesson line level.
This offers a lot of flexibility and ensures that documents can always be found in the right place within the CRM.
Training management | Extended filters for batch invoicing
The filter options for batch invoicing of registrations have been extended.
Within the CRM settings, filters could already be set on fields of the course group or registration (such as the status). This has now been extended with contract fields from the Flexible course contracts module.
With batch invoicing, it is now also possible to filter on:
Contracts with a specific client
A specific contract variant
This offers more control and flexibility when selecting registrations for invoicing.
Training management | Change certificate status in bulk for mailings
When creating a mailing for certificates, it is now possible to change the status of certificates in bulk.
From the certificates list, selections can be made for different types of mailings, such as:
Reminders for expired or nearly expired certificates
Notifications that a new certificate has been obtained
Messages that a certificate is no longer valid
To support this process better, the certificate status can now also be changed directly while creating the mailing.
This is particularly useful when using certificate automations. Because the status is automatically set to Active when the Valid until date is adjusted, an automation can be triggered based on this status change. For example, to automatically send the participant an email with the certificate and a download link.
This further automates the management and communication around certifications and makes them more efficient.

Donation & Door-to-Door | Insight into the linked person for origins (User group)
When updating origins, the list view has been extended with additional information.
The list now shows which person a bank transaction has been matched to. This immediately gives more insight into whether the donor is already known.
Document management | various improvements
- When a document is created for a membership, it is now also automatically linked to the person and/or organisation.
- When new files are dragged into an existing document, the version management can now also be updated.
- When a document is created for a dossier, it is now also automatically linked to the person and/or organisation linked to that dossier.
- When navigating from a dossier, 'Documents' tab, to the documents list, sometimes no documents were shown (Resolved)
