General | Fully automatic creation and sending of invoices
With the new Automation action 'Create invoices', creating and sending an invoice based on a course registration can be fully automated. It becomes possible to have the automation carry out one or more of the following steps automatically after a registration has been created:
- Create a draft invoice from a registration
- Make this draft invoice final
- Generate the invoice PDF file
- Send the invoice via the digital invoicing process
Conditions
Naturally, various conditions can be configured in the Automation to determine in which cases an invoice should be created immediately and, if desired, sent.
Failed invoices
If creating the invoice did not succeed, for example because a general ledger account is missing on an item, a notification appears in the Automation queue. There are also two new alerts that can be enabled by the application administrator to warn that an invoice was not created or not sent. To do this, click on the overview widget in the dashboard and set the correct group under 'Visible to'
Online registrations
For registrations made from the website and processed via the staging portal, invoices can also be created immediately and, if desired, sent.
Please note: Triggering the Automation on a direct registration from the website by a logged-in user is not yet supported.

General | In the Automation action to subscribe to or unsubscribe from a mailing group, it is now optional whether or not to re-subscribe persons who previously unsubscribed from a mailing group.
General | The login screen has become more intelligent, so that in most cases it is no longer necessary to enter the organisation. As a result, everything that happens via the login, such as 'Single Sign On' (SSO), 'notification email', 'user invitations' and 'forgot password', runs much more smoothly.
STB Cursus | Assigning the accounting location on a course ensures that it is inherited by the course groups and the registrations. When it is changed at group level, the underlying registrations are now also updated.
STB Leden | It is now possible to also export the initial period and the initial year from the membership lines.
General | Various small improvements and bug fixes in the browser interface and the desktop interface
