General | Automation for certificates
For obtained certificates with a limited validity period, it is necessary to attend a training regularly to extend the validity of the certificate. This requires sending a mailing at regular intervals to remind participants that their certificate is about to expire and that they need to register for a new training.
With this new automation for certificates and a specific data routine, this process can be fully automated.
The certificate has been given a new status field*. This status can be used to trigger the automation. The automation then ensures that an email with an invitation is sent to the participant.
Example: The moment a certificate is set to the status 'Invited', the automation is triggered and sends the email.
A template for the email is available in the library.
To make this run fully automatically, for example a number of weeks before the expiry date of the certificate, a data routine** can also be created that automatically changes the status of the certificates concerned every night.
*The status fields are configured by default, where the status 'Ended' is based on the value 'Ended' that was previously in the 'Type' field,
**Configuring the data routine can be done by a Eudonet consultant. Please contact your account manager for this.

STB Members | Continuing Education
The 'Continuing Education' module, which complements the register, has been extended and improved in a number of areas.
- It is possible to calculate the allocation of CE points not only per calendar year, but also for a period starting on a specific date.
- CE points and specific topics can be recorded on courses and groups within CRM. As a result, after a course has been completed, a CE activity can be created automatically, adding the CE points to the participant's total number of CE points.
- CE activities entered online are only processed after approval by the back office. This means that the CE points are only then added automatically to the correct cycle.
STB Course | Eudo Trainer - initials function
In the new version of the Eudo Trainer, a function has been added where participants must add their initials to confirm their attendance.
|
|
The initials are also visible in Stb Course on the programme line. |
| Improvements |
General | Hard bounces of mailings are no longer immediately passed on to Spotler as opt-outs.
STB Course | aNewSpring integration - It is now possible to have the automatic confirmation email from aNewSpring sent at the moment a registration for the e-learning is made. This option is off by default and can be enabled by a Eudonet consultant.
STB Course | It is now also possible to set user permissions on the course locations.
STB Charities | Improvements to the creation of bank transactions from QR payments.
General | Improvement of the SSO login functionality:
In this release, the SSO login functionality has been further improved, with support for Microsoft 365 and Azure, among others, and more identity providers. This renewal provides a more robust integration that complies with the most recent standards.
What does this mean for you?
- In the coming period, we will contact the application administrator to discuss and plan the migration to the new technology; the current integration will keep working until then.
- For end users, the functionality remains unchanged and everything keeps working as you are used to.
Important change:
Once the migration has taken place in consultation, the SSO integration is no longer functional in combination with the desktop client. If necessary, we can temporarily secure access for a selected group of users based on a unique IP address and set up a strict password policy, including periodic password renewal.
General | Various small improvements and bug fixes in the browser interface and the desktop interface
