General | When an email is created for a person from the 'Correspondence' tab, the person's various private and active job role email addresses are now offered by default in the 'To' field, and after sending, the email is also linked to the relevant organisation if it concerns a job role email address.

General | Many new merge fields are available for the HTML (and docx) templates. All fields that are directly related to the component from which the email is created, and that are visible in the filters, can now be used as merge fields. Below is the example for a person.
General | The overview of running processes has been improved. This overview contains, for example, information about running invoice runs or emails being sent from the direct mail module. This overview can be opened from the navigation bar and gives insight into the progress and whether the processes were completed without errors.
STB Course | If a contact person is changed at the organisation under 'Course agreements', all active registrations and certificates are also immediately transferred to the new contact person.
STB Course | The tabs for 'Orders' and 'Purchase invoices' are now available on the person card, if the 'Commitments administration' module is activated.
General | Various small improvements and bug fixes in the browser interface and the desktop interface
Outlook add-in | There is a new version of the Office 365 Outlook add-in.
The following changes have been made:
- New logos
- It is now possible to link an email directly to an organisation. If an organisation is found when archiving, the organisation email address is shown at the top of the list. If this is selected, the email is stored under the organisation. Previously, it was only possible to link to a person.
