STB Leden | An automation trigger is now also available for STB Leden. This function makes it possible, for example, to automatically send a confirmation email to the linked individual when a new membership is created. The individual can also be signed up directly for a newsletter (mailing group). With this function, the membership administration can simplify the sign-up process.
General | For the "New registration" and "New membership" triggers, a new action can now be configured in addition to sending an email: Subscribe/Unsubscribe mailing group. This allows an individual to be subscribed to or unsubscribed from one or more newsletters directly after (web) sign-up for a membership or registration for a course/event. In many cases this can take a lot of manual administration off your hands.
More information about Automations can be found at STB CRM - Automations, what can you do with them and how do they work?
STB Cursus | When setting up a course product, it is now possible to select a predefined set of to-dos directly under "Default to-dos". This can save you a considerable amount of time. These predefined sets can be configured in the CRM settings, under the "Courses" section.
| Improvements |
General | Searching in date fields has been improved: in addition to the calendar function, a date can now also be entered directly. This makes it easier, for example, to search on a date of birth.
General | When creating a mailing from a selection, the name of the selection is now automatically used for the mailing.
STB Cursus | If multiple contact persons are used per organisation (configured under the 'Course agreements' tab of the organisation), the contact person's note can now also be shown in the list of registrations the contact person is linked to.
STB Cursus | On the course group's 'Registrations' tab, it is now also visible whether someone has an exemption from the study programme.
STB Cursus | When a registration for a course is made from the study programme registration and the person has an exemption for it, a warning is now shown.
STB Cursus | The priority can now also be set on a default to-do for the course. This is of course carried over to the actual to-do under the group.
STB Cursus | When selecting employees on the planning tab of the course group, extra fields have been added to the list so the person's organisation and job role can be seen.
STB Leden | The sequence numbers of the membership items can now be adjusted in the list on the membership.
STB Goede Doelen | When importing a CAMT53 bank file, a warning is shown if the same file is imported again.
STB Goede Doelen | Collection manager - in the list of municipalities it is now also possible to search numerically on the number of households and the number of inhabitants.
DMS (document management) | It is now possible to create a new dossier directly from an organisation.
System update | An update to the system software was carried out on 5 June 2024, which means STB CRM is fully up to date again and complies with all current security standards.
General | Various small improvements and bug fixes in the browser interface and the desktop interface
