Highlights |
General | Automations
Automations make it possible to automate standard actions. A standard action can be, for example: A participant registers (the trigger) for a specific course (the condition) and then receives a confirmation email (the action).
An application administrator can set up the automations in the CRM Settings. Users no longer need to do anything. In release 8.3.3, automations can be created for registrations. More areas will become available in new releases.
If you want to know more about automations in STB CRM, read this article from the knowledge centre:
STB CRM - Automations, what can you do with them and how do they work?
| New |
General | Via the ? button at the top right, you can navigate directly to the Eudonet MySTB help centre.
STB Course | A new widget is available in the dashboard with a graphical display of the number of participants per course, the revenue per course and the occupancy rate of a series of course groups.
STB Course | The merge fields that can be used for the table display of multiple schedule lines, lecturers and locations have been extended. It is now possible to choose multiple fields, such as the location's website and the lecturer's email address. In addition, it is now possible to specify per merge field which staff members should be shown in the overview. Previously, this could only be configured for all merge fields at once.
STB Course | From a course group, it is now possible to change the statuses of the participants in bulk, without having to create a mailing.
STB Course | It is now possible to create a mailing from the training programme tracking system. From the tracking system, for example, a selection can be made of which participants still need to register for an upcoming module. Via the mailing option, an email mailing can easily be sent to the participants or the participants' contact persons with the request to register.
For this mailing, a default subject and a person list merge field can also be configured under CRM Settings.
| Improvements |
General | Generic improvements in the user interface, including value lists, checkbox fields, fields that open a dialog and the keyboard tab order, which now also works in combination with value lists.
General | When creating a document, the document's code is no longer automatically placed in the reference field.
General | In the accounting export, it is possible to export larger quantities of invoices in a single batch. Previously, the maximum was 500. The layout of the export dialog has been adjusted for this and it shows the invoice counts at the top left. If the output exceeds the maximum, multiple files are created and exported in a single zip file.
STB Course | When registering a new participant, it is possible to continue in the same dialog to create multiple registrations. If only one registration is made, it is now possible to indicate that the dialog closes immediately after the registration.
STB Course | If participants have already registered for a course group and additional sessions are scheduled, all schedule lines on the registration can now be updated via a synchronise button. This is used when attendance is tracked per schedule line.
STB Charities | When a Unisys file is imported, no error message was shown if the import file was not a .csv. (Resolved)
STB Charities | In the usufruct module, the value is based on that of an existing expectation. Every year a new expectation has to be created if, for example, the WOZ value needs to be changed. It is now possible to base the value on a separate field that can be filled in. This way, a fixed number of expectations can be created (1 or 2) to which annual changes, such as to the WOZ value, can be added without having to create a new expectation.
General | Various small improvements and bug fixes in the browser interface and the desktop interface
