General | Template gallery
From now on, use the new templates made available in the template gallery. The gallery offers various email, MS Word and print layouts with the correct merge fields for various purposes. The standard templates are designed to be easy to adapt to your own organisation, for example by changing the logo and the social media links. There is plenty to choose from.
How does it work?
When the application administrator creates a new template in 'CRM Settings', the gallery now opens automatically to select a sample template. However, it is still possible to start with an empty template, or to upload a personally created version.
STB Cursus | Programme tracking system
Which modules does the participant still need to do, which has he already passed or does he need to catch up on? For these questions you can now switch directly to the tracking system. The tracking system offers all relevant data about the participants across multiple programmes. Selections can easily be made by participant, programme, programme group, organisation, contact person or period to get a complete picture of the progress. From the list it is possible to export data to Excel.

General | For time registration, the system now offers the project manager the option to change the employee's time booking afterwards, both in terms of project and work type.
