Via the 'Share' option, almost everywhere in STB CRM you can send a message to colleagues about the item in question:
Here, colleagues (who have access to STB CRM) can be selected and a message can be composed. The colleagues receive this message including a link to the item.
At the top right, the receiving user can always see whether new information has been shared:
An email is also sent once a day if there are new messages.
