From the bCard of the person, the person can be linked via the 'Organisations' tab. Click 'New' at the bottom right and search for the relevant organisation. After an organisation has been selected, a 'job role' is automatically created on which additional details can be recorded at job role level, such as the type of job role, the mobile number and email address.
From the organisation, an employee can of course also be created, under the 'Employees' tab. Then it works the other way round.
It is possible to link a person to multiple organisations. There is then always one main organisation. This can be indicated with the tick in front of the organisation:
If only one organisation is linked, that is of course automatically the main organisation.
