Volunteer card | Improved display of active years of volunteers

From now on, a slider will be displayed for all years in which a volunteer could have been active. Previously, this only occurred if data for that year was actually available. This change only affects the display—it does not mean that volunteer availability has actually been indicated for those years.

Templates | Improved selection of merge fields in email templates

In email templates, merge fields can now be selected directly from the "Merge Codes" dropdown box. This eliminates the need for the additional list of merge fields below the editor. Additionally, fixes have been made to resolve situations where merge fields were sometimes not displayed correctly. For example, the {{ meedoen_link }} field in the "Join" template is now always correctly recognized and made available when editing the template.

Improvements

General | Search functionality improvements

The search panel's search experience has been technically redesigned. This change ensures searches are executed faster and function independently of the query used to display the results. The improvement has been applied to all menu items with a corresponding search panel.

Collection boxes | Improved revenue entry

The input fields for the amount in the collection box have been improved. When you tab or mouse over the field, the full amount is now automatically selected. This simplifies entering or changing amounts and prevents confusion when entering the amount.

Walking routes | More compact display of house number ranges

The display of house number ranges on walking routes has been improved. Where multiple overlapping ranges were previously displayed separately (for example: Zandweg 133-149 / 138-148 / 150-168 / …), these are now combined into a shorter and clearer display, such as Zandweg 133-191 / 138-192. This provides a clearer and more compact overview of the addresses within a walking route.

Address Book | Improved Name Search

It's now possible to search by both first and last name simultaneously. Previously, a person could be found based solely on their last name, making searching less efficient. This improvement makes finding people faster and easier.

Walking routes | Improved display of information for unavailable postal codes

When creating walking routes, it's now clearly displayed why a postcode is unavailable. If a postcode is already assigned to an existing walking route, the system displays the corresponding route, including the region, area, and neighborhood.

Previously, only the neighborhood was displayed, which could sometimes cause confusion. This improvement makes it immediately clear which walking route a postcode is assigned to.

Address book | Other improvements

  • #102925: The volunteer card screen no longer automatically jumps to the first person in the selected list if a change to a person removes them from the selection.
  • #103166: When creating a person, the origin code is now correctly converted to the role attribute.
  • #104029: Navigation arrows between volunteer cards now work correctly in all situations.
  • #103037: When creating a user, the uniqueness of the username is checked, with a clear warning if necessary.
  • Improvement in the initial address book opening: filters are now applied before the full dataset is loaded, improving speed and usability.

Candidates | improvements

  • #103679: In the candidate export, the Recruitment Agency column has been added.

MFA | Improvements

  • #103912: The phone number for MFA has been made available again.

Collection boxes | Various minor improvements and bug fixes

  • #104233: When creating a collection box without a completed walking route, incorrect information is no longer displayed in the walking route field.

Packing slip order | Improvements

  • #103806: Fixed: Display issues with packing slips of collection packs have been fixed..

Settlement statement | Improvements

  • #103477: It is now possible to submit a statement with a JPG file as an attachment.

Orders | Improvements

  • #103678: The “delivery in week” filter panel in the Orders, Validate and Order Overview sections now loads correctly immediately.

Users | Improvements

  • #103336: The number of times a user has logged in is now updated correctly again.

General | Various minor improvements and bug fixes
