Address book | It is now configurable whether organising roles may be changed via Collecteweb. This can be set up by Eudonet on request, per fund.

Address book | Fix for the problem that the filter on districts sometimes no longer contained any values when switching between the address book and walking routes. As a result, the address book page had to be reloaded.
