Email templates
From this version, it is possible to maintain the email templates yourself via the menu section System management/Templates. The various email templates are shown here.
The templates can be maintained in an editor. Besides the subject, the text of the email can be adjusted via the same editor that is present in the CMS. The available merge fields are shown below the editor.
Settlement statement | Adjustment to no longer allow the same person to be chosen twice as signatory of the settlement statement.
Settlement statement | Option to add multiple attachments to a settlement statement. Previously this was limited to 2.
Settlement statement | When drawing up the settlement statement, a total is now calculated and shown for the other proceeds categories. These totals are also processed in this way to the Collectemanager, so they are also visible there in the settlement statement.
Thank-you email | When sending the thank-you email, a preview is shown of the email as it will be sent. It is also possible to browse through the different recipients, and it is now also possible to send the thank-you email from the Proceeds menu section.
Orders | Solution to make the field “Carrier remarks” available for a number of customers.
Collection boxes | Solution to treat clearing the proceeds of a collection box as proceeds of 0.
Eudonet | The new Eudonet logo is now visible when logging in to the application:
New volunteers | Adjustment to show the role dates in the correct date format.
QR (System) | Solution to import all QR codes for the active collection year. Every year, Eudonet creates QR codes in bulk for various customers. After these were created in Collectemanager, previously all QR codes (including those from earlier collection years) had to be imported to make the new QR codes available on Collecteweb as well.
QR (System) | Before a QR code is created from Collecteweb, a check is always carried out to see whether a QR code already exists in CollecteManager for the person and for the active collection year
Surfly live help (KWF) | The Live Help via Surfly has been disabled for KWF.
Volunteer card | Solution for the problem that, after browsing between different persons via the volunteer card, the system jumped back to the first card in the selection after a change was made.
Volunteer card | Collection boxes with proceeds of 0 were not shown; this has now been adjusted so there is less chance of volunteers creating duplicate boxes.
