Attendance | Cancelled lessons no longer visible
Cancelled lessons are no longer shown in the app, based on the timetable status. Teachers only see lessons that actually take place, which prevents confusion about lessons that do not go ahead.
Attendance | Cancelled groups no longer visible
Cancelled groups disappear from the overview as soon as the group status indicates this. This way, teachers only see groups for which attendance needs to be recorded.
File upload | Mandatory upload before completing a lesson (configurable)
It is now possible to configure that a lesson can only be completed once a file has been uploaded. As long as the file is missing, the complete button remains blocked. This prevents an attendance list from being skipped by accident.
Attendance | Reset status to neutral
For an attendance registration it is now possible to reset the status to neutral after 'present' or 'absent' was registered earlier. This is useful if a participant may be dropping out but this has not yet been processed administratively — the status then remains open until the administration handles it.
Attendance | Sort order of absence reasons
The absence reasons now follow the order as configured in the CRM. Previously they were shown in internal registration order, which did not always match the desired display.
General | Logging in from Android version 10
A problem where users on certain Android devices, particularly older Samsung models, could not log in has been resolved. The minimum supported Android version has been set to version 10.
