This update makes it even easier to keep lesson administration complete. From now on you can:

Upload files per lesson
Easily add documents from your phone. This is useful for additional photos or supporting documents. -
Scan and save an attendance list
When a physical attendance list is required, you can scan it directly from the app. Eudo Trainer automatically converts the scan to a PDF and stores it securely. -
Direct link with Eudonet CRM
All uploaded files are immediately available in the CRM, at group and/or lesson level.
This extension provides a more efficient workflow and less paperwork, while meeting all requirements for attendance registration.
Recording an absence reason
When a participant is absent, the trainer can now also record the reason for the absence in the app. This information is automatically synchronised with the CRM, provided this option has been set up there.

Participant details in a single overview
All relevant information about a participant is now visible in one screen, including external notes from the CRM. This way, the trainer has all the context directly at hand during the lesson.
