Both in the dashboard and on the bCards of the various sections, there is the option to manage the alerts. This can be done with this button:

There are 3 things that can be adjusted:
- The order: enter a sequence number here
- Visible to: One or more user groups can be added here for which the alert becomes visible
- Active: on or off.
Note: These settings apply to all users.
