General | Trainer portal
Via the new trainer portal, trainers can now easily view their scheduled trainings and indicate their availability for new training requests. Thanks to the real-time and seamless integration with STB Cursus, the scheduling process becomes considerably more efficient.
The following functions are available:
- The trainer can log in to the portal via a normal profile. In the WMS manager, the user can be assigned the trainer role. This adds extra 'Trainer portal' navigation options to their profile.
- Invitations: a notification is shown in the navigation when there are new invitations. Here the trainer can indicate per lesson whether they are available or not
- Pending: this shows the trainings for which the trainer has indicated availability, but which still need to be processed in STB Cursus.
- Scheduled: this shows the calendar for the coming month
- History: this shows the lessons that have already taken place

For each lesson, details about the location and the participants can be viewed

General | For documents, illustrations and the author can now also be recorded.
Course portals | In the course catalogue, extra filters can now be used for the course groups. These correspond to the fields in STB CRM on the course group under the 'Miscellaneous' tab.
Course portals | In the client portal, the contact person can now also cancel registrations for employees.
Course portals | In the client portal, various performance improvements have been made for retrieving employees and their registrations and certificates. The lists of registrations are now paginated.
Course portals | In the details of a registration, documents from the corresponding course and/or group can now be shown, such as the course material.
Register and PE | When adding a PE activity, documents can now also be uploaded.
