How Eudonet Support works
You use our software, which entitles you to support on our products. Within Eudonet, support is provided by the support team. Their task is to help you as a customer with problems or disruptions in the operation of the Eudonet software and with small user questions.
Submitting a support request or accessing the extensive knowledge centre is only possible with an account for the MySTB help centre. The FAQ and the Product release notes can be consulted without an account.
Logging in to the MySTB help centre for the first time
Would you like to submit a support request or gain access to our extensive Knowledge Centre? First contact the application administrator within your organisation. This person can request an account and explain the procedures for creating new requests in the help centre.
Did you already have an account in our old ticket system? Then request a new password using the following steps:
- Go to the 'Sign in' button at the top right of this screen.
- In the login screen, click the 'Forgot password' option.
- If your account was known in the old ticket system, you will receive an email to create a new password. To be sure, also check your spam folder.
- If you do not receive an email, contact our Support Team via support.nl@eudonet.com
As the application administrator you have an important role: it is important that at least one person within your organisation is appointed as administrator. As administrator, you are always the first point of contact for questions, and we keep you informed of maintenance, incidents and other important information about our software and services. In addition, as administrator you can also give colleagues access to the customer portal as (co-)administrator or user.

- Creating a ticket in the MySTB help centre or consulting the Knowledge Centre.
- Contacting us by phone if you need immediate assistance. We can be reached on +31 030 638 11 65.
